friend had difficulty 13 days in, and her other doc told her to supplement. She went to Thondup who advised her that breastfeeding can sometimes take up to a month for moms and babies to be in sync, so to just stick it out and continue. No words of supplementing but instead honest to goodness support to continue. By day 17 everything was under control.
