In place of sour cream for dips, I have used low fat plain yoghurt and the result is still yummy. I haven't seen reduced-fat sour cream yet, but try Olivers..
To make panini, I buy my ciabatta bread from the bakery at Taste (Park & Shop), fill them with cold cuts and cheese and pop in the oven..I personally prefer those sandwich makers to make them flat, but I don't have one..
