Am looking to buy the above car by the end of August and was just wondering where to get one?
Can anyone tell me of a reputable dealer that sells these (or toher cars) and also has anyone had any experience with a Beetle.
Finally, can anyone tell me the details of the car delaer that uses the Wilson Car Park in Sai Kung, opposite McDonalds.
As always, many thanks for your time.

Wow, thanks Camera E, can i take you along with me, you seem a gem.
Hv seen a car i like at European Motors, Sai Kung, any feedback on them.
Plus, it all seems so daunting when having to buy a car here, especially when you haven't done it before in HK.

I'd agree with everything so far. Trust nobody. I had a classic car that was maintained by a very popular mechanic for expats in hk. The only way to describe the work was botch job. The mentatlity here is get something to work or look good for a few month regardless of any long term prospects. i.e. rather than cut rust out and weld in new metal it is filler, filler and more filler. Sad really when you see some of the nice cars being worked on.
I remember when a year after said garage had "restored" it the paint started to blister in the usual places, wheel arches, wings etc..I took it to a garage in Sai Kung who said he alwways cut out rust and didn't use filler. He had the car for the weekend to check it out and told me the bodyshell was rotten and to stop driving. We decided to test blast a few panels to see the metal and it was true. Botch after botch after botch. 12 months previously this car was not exactly concourse but not bad. 12 months later it was rotten. Had to sell the car for parts only.
