Hi, I am in a dispute with my tennis coach over fees. He's just being very unreasonable and pig-headed so I want to take the matter to the tribunal. does anyone know how I can go about doing this?

To file a claim is very simple. For a guide of how to do it, visit the Judiary website's section on the Small Claims Tribunal.
You can also download the forms, e.g. Title to Claim, Form of Claim, you will need. The link also has the level of fees so you can know what you will be paying. It's not that much but remember to take change for the photocopying (as least from what I recall).
