You can do it the same way as contacting anyone.

Click on 'Control Panel' (left side).

Click on "Compose Message'.

Use pull-down menu to select 'E'.

Use second pull-down menu and scroll for quite some time till you get to 'Ed'.

Then write your message and click 'Submit'.

The other option is to click on...(wait for it)...'Contact Us' at top right. Then on 'Contact Us' again and finally on the appropriate email link.
