I need a replacement installed, the type that is mounted in the window pane. Does anyone know someone in Central or Western who does this? I can find plenty of places that sell the fans, but they don't instal them.

We just had two installed by a handyman - HKD 500 each including a very difficult installation (old style window, and external ladder involved). I am sure we were overcharged as I once paid about 350 or 400... anyway, any handyman should be able to do this for you.

Simple,
It is in quite a tricky position, and if I did it myself there is a good chance I would drop fans or tools on unsuspecting pedestrians 28 floors below. That would be uncomfortable for them and troublesome for me if they sued.

I am aware that handymen do such jobs in the same way that I am aware bakers bake bread. However, my local baker does not bake organic wholemeal hotcross buns; and my regular handyman does not do fan installation.
So again... does anyone know the name and contact number of a handyman who instals fans in Central or Western districts?
