I think you called the thread "job for sex" because you felt too uncomfortable to call it was it really is. You know what a person is called who needs money and has sex for it. And you likely feel that is what this offer makes you.
And also it doesn't end there. Next could be sex for promotion, sex for pay rise, sex to keep your job, sex with boss's friends/business contacts to keep your job. Once you go down that route, your boss will not see you in another way.

Well, I rarely see somebody reply this based in Shanghai. Initially, I agreed not to take chance but case were different bewteen Hong Kong and Shanghai. Women's repects were not lying on the same path & culture with the same respect in the society. I can say educational background and acceptance of women in commerical the symmetries were not in the same level. Women commercial respects is lower and women propulation ratio is much higher than HK. So, it is easy to understand that why such kind of condition would apply as a deal. If you walk along the crowdy street in Shanghai like Central Huahai Road or Nanjing Road. Most of the office lady even casual lady would dress short shirts or short pants with thin and sexy T-shirts as usual specially these days with slippers only. They felt proud to have their body show off public. So, what do the men's think of...... Executive lady always with short shirts. DW probably having an attractive aspects otherwise there won't have such kind of offer as an option to consider. She has been unemployed for some time which means She is trying to avoid such trade condition for some time. My opinion is, it seems this is an usual std. trade condition in SH, if you don't want to lose this opportunity and consider the job. The sex condition has to be clarified and detailed with your employer. Should be no sex in the Office to avoid threaten clue in the future. You choose the place not him. Times per week or per month...etc... I'm not encourage DW to do this but if she post in here is probably she have no choice and no time to wait for options. She may need to pay rent or family supports...etc.... Try to think of this Guy or Ladies in HK...

Honestly, PLEASE SAY NO! To such kind of people, they are always tricky. Think about it what if you agree that and then he got what he wants and just leave? Do you think if you sign the contract and that really mean something? Also, if you really agree that and when you are having the 'deal', can you 100% sure that he won't record it down or try to blackmail you? Don't be native. This kind of crappy guys with too many tricks can hurt you and make you can't back to normal.
I can understand that if money got tight, that would feel really desperate. I am not sure how's your situation now. But maybe here still have some other way to earn. Even just work at cashier in fast food shop. Don't sell yourself to money in this way.
If you think that's fine to do that, noone can say a word. But now you doubt it, mean you don't feel comfortable with this idea. Then why bother to think about that. Just move on and search other jobs. Remember one thing, if you use your body to get this job, even you can keep the post, you can't flight what you suppose to get, just because of this starting. Things always happen like this.
Even not talking about moral issue, just from your own profile, this is not a fair deal anyway.(not just not good, of course this is a bad idea)

What nonsense wetpoint! The office girls/women of Shanghai are no differently dressed than those working in Hong Kong. Indeed, you just have to walk down either Nanjing Xi Lu or Huahai Central to see how very smart and elegant the majority of them look. I think they, and indeed their employers, would be appalled at your suggestion.

In terms of height, length of legs & waist. Yes, liberal, but imagine a 180 to 250lbs of femme with that shirts?? According to nowadays beauty concept, it will be a disastrous vision for everyone unless you are a maniac. If you are the boss (Masculin), will you offer such condition to DW?? Everyone will know and no one will ever take you seriously again in your profession. You will always be seen as a competent professional, will never get a promotion, you could get blackmailed, and you could get diseases. You don't say where you are from, but get home fast while you still have ability to pay for your ticket. If you already don't, call somebody and borrow the $$. IMO, better to start over from ground level than dig a deeper hole in a different pit.
