My little girl sleeps at 9.30pm every night, gets up around 7am in the morning. Then she'll have a nap in the afternoon for about 2-3 hours.
She's going to be starting school next month from 1-4pm. How can I squeeze in a nap time for her?
At such a young age, I think she still needs to nap.
Can someone suggest something?

I had the same problem when my son started pm school at the age of 2.5 He still needed his nap and no matter what I tried I couldn't get him to sleep before school. He used to be so tired after school he'd come home and sleep for 2 hours. As a result his bed time became very late and there was nothing I could do. I just let him be. Over the next 6-8 months after starting school he got used to the routine and stopped needing to nap. So he went the whole day without a nap but went to bed nice and early. A lot of his classmates I know would take a nap around 10:30ish or 11:00 in the morning for about an hour. You'll have to see what will work for your daughter.

I am also facing the same problem when my son starts pm class next month. I enrolled him in an afternoon toddler programme this summer. It was a hard time for him but toddler could adapt fast to new environment and schedule fastly. He felt very tired but the games and fun diverted his attention. It will take some times to adapt but would be OK don't worry.
