For a lot of people it's all to do with genetics. If that's the case, you can blame your parents!
But other causes can be a Vitamin B-12 deficiency, anemia, or a problem with your thyroid.
Do you smoke or work/live with secondhand smoke? Because smokers go grey earlier than non-smokers.
Also avoid too much tea, coffee, alcohol, meat, and fried, oily, greasy, spicy, sour, and acidic foods. Make sure you get enough copper in your diet by eating foods such as crab, oysters, sunflower seeds, cashews and almonds.
Also make sure you get sufficient iron and iodine which can help slow things down. Eat fish, carrots, bananas and similar other vegetables and fruits.
