Baklava is Turkish so I would try middle eastern places, maybe the Turkish place at Mui Wo, ASSAF in Lyndhurst Tce, habibi on Wellington St or Merharba in Knutsford Tce TST

The baklava in CitySuper is dry. You can sometimes buy it in Olivers in packs of four. It's made in France and, although not dripping in honey, it is not so dry.
