For personal banking, can anyone recommend a bank that's NOT HSBC/HangSeng, Citibank or Stanchart?

And could you say why you'd recommend it please?

I think dazed was looking for recommendations, not a list of banks (which anyone can get by looking out of the window).

wing hang bank as their interest rates are soo much higher than hsbc, there is never a queue when you go, basic banking though.
