The registration, is an official government record, for the country the ceremony takes place in. It is therefore not possible to register here, unless you mean that you are trying to find a qualified Austraian Celebrant over here, who can give you the forms to fill in and send back to be registered in Australia.
Your best avenue is to contact the celebrant in Australia that you will be using for your ceremony. It is common for them to be the ones to provide the forms to you and also follow up with lodging them once filled in.
If they do not offer this service, they will certainly be able to explain how best for you to do so.
