i am going to start rental at an apt soon, w/o an agent, ie. direct from landlord. How do i go about applying for the power supply and lan line myself? Should the landlord be doing this for me? And what is the lead time required? Is a lan phone line necessary in today's context?
I am aware that there are at least 2 types of cable tv content providers here. Who are they and any recommendations?
Lastly, i need internet access too. How to go about getting it?
