For the birthday cake, you could try the sweet secrets, tailed made with favourite character.
For the entertainer, I think the kid is too small for it. I would recommend to have a party where there is mat with toys, and some helium balloons, party hats and blow outs. Familiar music would be good for kids in a new environment as well.
A few place for helium balloons, Children's Corner at 3 - 5 Arbuthnot Road, or Arabella. Price at around 26 - 28 each. Hope info are helpful.
