Hi - has anybody been to a Coach Factory in the US? If so, could anyone tell me more about the Coach practice of making a bullet print on the creed inside the bag for off season stuff sold at factories so that one cannot take the merchandise back to a Coach retail store for a full credit?

Hi Doreen,

I have been to many Coach factory stores in the USA. You can find them in the Chelsea Premium Outlets that are scattered throughout the US. Try looking at www.premiumoutlets.com. They list the outlets by location. I HIGHLY recommend the Cabazon outside of LA as well as Woodbury Commons, nw of NY. Happy shopping!
