For those who love ramen, this is not a difficult question. I heard there is a ramen mall in Causeway Bay (near WTC). Can anyone provide the information?

Don't know about the one in CWB, but I vote for Sapporo at Exchange Square. Extremely comparable to the ramen shops in Hokkaido. The best soup I have tasted. Their a la carte foods are excellent as well. Highly recommend this place.

Same suggestion as notaclue. Sapporo is very good.

I just received info from my japanese tomodachi. The place in CWB is called Nippon Ramen Yokocho, 517 Jaffe Rd (MTR Exit B). It has 6 ramen shops. I will try Sapporo as well, although ramen from Kyuushu (ippudo)is my favorite.

I really don't want to let you down though but please don't expect too much from ramen yokocho.

I've tried Santoka, most popular one out of the 6 shops, totally different from what I had at Ebisu shop.

I agree with donkey1-san's suggestion and please give it a try to Ramen Ganpachi at CWB citysuper food mall.

One of the reason for low quality of ramen here in HK is that local people don't like noodle to be cooked AL DENTE (shiko shiko) , I guess.
