Congratulations!!! You must be so excited!!
We like the Maclaren Quest - it does not fully recline, but is sturdy and light enough for HK.
We also use a sling to carry the baby, very easy and comfortable.

Owner of two Maclaren Quests - one for my 6 months old (she started in one at 4 months) and one for my 27 month old. Both love them, nap well in them on the weekends when necessary and the full recline is not a big deal to them. The almost full recline of the techno is suitable for newborns, but by 3 months the Quest is appropriate.

I have the Maclaren techno and has served our two kids very well over the past 6 years.
If I had my time now I'd probably buy the Quinny, it folds into nothing (can take it on the plane as carry on) and is a breeze to push. Not sure about the width which could be an issue in HK.
Congratulations on the new baby!

Fully reclining is only important with under 3 or 4 months. After that a partial recline is fine for baby to sleep as they have more neck control (and sleep less!)
So you might want to wait and see how old your baby is when you get to take her/him home.
If older, you also might want to look into Hip Mamma or something similar that helps you carry your baby on your hip without straining your back.
I suggest going to Eugene Club and Bumps 2 Babes and checking out all the strollers to see how they recline, how easy they are to fold and carry, etc...
Also don't be afraid to ask parents on the street what stroller they have if you think it looks good and why they like it.
