For what it's worth the sunday Morning Post includes the Sunday Post magazine that contains a TV guide for the whole week. It's fairly basic (times & programmes only - no further information) but it's at least something. It doesn't cover every channel but there are some of the cable/satellite channels listed.

It's been years since the TV Times was published. There were only the four channels then and rarely was something good on the box. Now there are more channels folks want to know about, perhaps someone will take up the mantle again...

JPp, I've never had that in c. 2 years with NOW. Sure, I've got heaps of other whinges about them, but they've never tried to claw back my existing channels because I chose not to upgrade and I'm paying the same as I did at the beginning for the same channels. But I wish you success in trying to cancel - their cancellation policy is something I definitely do have an issue with...

Oh - that IS unfair, and I'd be well pee'd off too. It hasn't happened to us; as I said above, we've been 'lucky' enough not to lose any channels.
These discrepancies between offers is something I don't like about NOW: everyone seems to be getting different deals - some good, some bad. I guess they see what they can get away with. As a fairly long-standing customer with 2 accounts you'd think I'd be on a good deal, but if I were to sign up on the street today I'd get much cheaper packages, so loyalty evidently means nothing to them.
I know what you mean about getting different answers every time you speak to them. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt and put it down to lack of communication due to language (I don't speak Cantonese and some of the NOW reps' English is not that good, even though we're put through to supposedly English speakers), but I reckon that it's also down to them employing kids with lack of product knowledge/cohesive training. I suspect most of the ones I've dealt with didn't have a clue what the answer was so they made something up to save face. Bloody obstructive way of getting things done, IMHO.
P.S. If you do get a chance, please would you let us know how you cancelled so we're armed with the facts when we come to do it! Thanx!

The only complete listing of all the NOW channels is on their web site (www.nowbroadbandtv.com). As others have pointed out, the Sunday Mornig Post magazine has a basic TV guide but it only has the main channels, and has a mixture of NOW and cable.
