The stationery shop I tend to use more than any other (even though our office has relocated out of the area) is Chun Kee in Lock Road, TST. I still have the half-used last pack of manilla folders here and I can see the price was $10 for a pack of 10 or 12.

There is a fantastic stationery shop in Sai Kung (may be too far for you???) in the square next to Crew Restaurant or there abouts it has a Konicka sign painted on the side wall I think, it's the last shop in the row. I was looking for the portable expander files and folders for ages, and I found them there!
