I just came across a thread showing brand new Bondway liveaboard boats for sale like this one below:
"60ft bondway luxury live-aboard for sale @ 4M~features 3 bdm, 2 bth, theatre room, modern kitchen & a lot more"
I had no idea there were boats that expensive to live-in in Hong Kong...
What is the resell value 5 years later ?
Is it easy to sell ?
Can it be rented ? I never saw ad for these.. or maybe I do not know where to look....

There's a free magazine available in various bookshops (Bookazine for one) & cafes etc called 'Square Foot' - or something like that. It's a real estate (sale & rental) publication, and towards the back it has a section on boats - mostly Bondway.
