Is there an organization where you complain about dangerous driving of other people? I almost hit a car because of his sudden entrance into my lane. Being a new driver it has made a big impact on my future decision about driving. You could be driving carefully but others could be driving recklessly and could cause accidents.

welcome to hk. people do not like to signal and also when you signal to change lanes, they will step on the accerlerator deliberately. they have the mentality that extra delay of about 3 seconds will ruin their lives!

Yes, there are reckless drivers everywhere, but when you're in your car in one particular place, that's the place you are currently concerned about, not highly urbanised geodynamics. We're talking Hong Kong only here and were not invited to compare with other countries. And, let's face, it: in general HK drivers may indeed drive fast, but they don't drive smart.

Thanks for all comments. It is serious because this was a long and winding road Victoria Road and no car was suppose to come out of the small road with two do not enter signs and thats where the car came from so I almost hit it. I did get the car plate number and color of the car. I was thinking that it maybe someone's driver who let her kids ride the car with a dangerous driver and wanted to remind the employer about it. Anyway, I went to Transport Department website but could not see a form for complains maybe I sould go to Police website. Thanks again everyone.

The number you need to call is 2522 8882 to make intitial report of dangerous driver and they will then open a case and refer to Traffic Department who will contact you within two days.
