See the ad at the top of this page (Pantry Magic rotating with Indigo - 2 very high end brands that have been renewing with us many times over)
I can get you in front of FAR MORE high end people than the SCMP (we have over 300,000 unique visitors on our HK site each month - most live in HK) for a fraction of the price of any print publication.
You can find our demographic info here as well as our HK rates http://www.asiaxpat.com/mediakit/

It's written into my contract that I must indiscriminantly promote AsiaXPAT as an adverting platform far superior and cost-effective than any other advertising medium.
What's the difference between a print ad, billboard and a super banner? You can only click the banner...

Oooooo...but using Firefox, which your site recommends us to use, I have the option to download extensions like "Flash-Blocker", "Ad-Blocker", etc. and thus I never get to see your rather annoying banners!

I think you can find the information you're after on the SCMP website.

Sure a few people will use ad blockers on our site - but if they do then the site will be rendered almost useless because most of our content comprises ads because that's what people come to the site for...
Take the super banners on every page at the very top - we run max 6 campaigns at a time - that means the clients banner is on every 6th page - each visitors goes to an average of 10 pages on our site - everyone will see their banner at least once per visit.
With SCMP sure you might have 104,000 circ but if your ad is on page 3 of City how many of the 104k go to that page? You will never know... (a lot of people go only to the Business section...some never read the Biz...)
With online advertising doesnt matter if some people have ad blocking because you DONT pay to reach them anyway...
Our rates are based on impressions - which means that if a banner gets served to a computer then it will register one impression. If someone has ad blocking on then no impression registers... so if you bought 250,000 impressions that means we will deliver 250,000 impressions minimum. You will know exactly how many people saw your ad because we send a weekly report.
As for demographics our audience stands up to any in terms of eduction and income:

Quote from marketing director of a major US automaker on CNBC last week on a spot about how over half of the auto industries advertising is coming off print and onto online 'we are tired of paying US$10,000 for a half page ad in one newspaper for one day'

For an ad to be effective, impression alone is not enough. You need not only a high awareness level and recall rate, but also a change in behaviour that is proven to be a result of the ad in question.
