There is the Harbour PLaza in Yeung Long but far away. They have a "circus restaurant" with only kids food.
Another choice (better to me) is the Goldcoast Hotel. Indoor + outdoor activities + lots of restaurants around and direct shuttle to and from TST. http://www.goldcoasthotel.com.hk/en/home.html
