Does anyone know of any Inexpensive Pilates Classes on HK Side?

you can try the YWCA. they offer a group class at their Garden Rd Location. Inexpensive classes are hard to find here. Most studios charge around HK$700 per private session. One Pilates Studio has a group mat class and reformer, you have to take at least 4 private lessons before you can join class. The number is 2147 3318 ask for Kellie. good luck
