Which is the best korean restaurant in central hong kong.

Not sure about Central, but in Causeway Bay there is a great one in World Trade Center and another in Times Square.

central - there is one - Arirang. Bank of America building. Not a fan. (i'm korean too - so maybe i'm just picky.)
Across from Times Square Kaya in the same building as Shama serviced apartments has nice grilled meats. (unmarinated - just to wrap in lettuce.) World Trade Center is called Myungga - very nice for marinated meats (bulgogi and kalbi) and also the chigae (some people call them casseroles) are good.

I think hkchoichoi is referring to Secret Garden? I've been going there for years and find the food pretty decent.. I'm not too crazy about Kaya.. in CWB, I like "Jinluobao" in Island Beverly Plaza. It's "Kumlabo" in Korean pronounciation. Myoungdongok does very good BBQ meat; haven't been to the one in central but their TST branch is good.
