Not in Kowloon, but if you can make the 10 minute trip into Lan Kwai Fong, then I can highly recommend Rozali who has a small salon there. Excellent results. I don't like posting phone numbers on this site (as she uses her mobile number) but if you can re-post with any sort of e-mail, then I'll gladly let you know.
