thanks that may be a good option...I am hoping to get a park as close to caribbean coast as I can as I have a small baby but since we only pay 7k for our flat the 2500 per month they want for parking seems really expensive.will have a look on saturday.thanks.

don't know whether you still need the info or not, but CC phase II car park is solely owned by Cheung Kong, hence the $2500 charge.
CC phase I spaces are individually owned, so there is room for negotiation. we're definetely not paying $2500, but its not that drastically cheaper either. the convenience is worth it though, especially if you have a small baby in tow
