I'm interested in hearing from anyone who has had experience with schools (good and bad)on the Gold Coast in Australia.

We are returning to Australia and trying to make a decision on where to send our children (Boy-10 and girl-12). So far we have looked at TSS, St Hildas and Trinity Lutheran (co-ed).

Our kids have been studying Chinese language at the Aussie International School and I'm surprised that many of the Gold Coast schools don't offer it as a LOTE.

Can I ask when you and your brother attended? Have you or do you have any good coments about TSS or St Hilda's?? Thankyou

I have heard about TSS and a number of bullying issues that parents have experienced and had some concerns as our son is not so sporty... I know you can't totally avoid bullying at schools.

I also went to St Hildas 20 yrs ago. I didn't have any bad experiences but I get the impression it hasn't progressed dramatically with the times.

We have currently booked them into ST H, TSS and Trinity Lutheran College (co-ed) and need to make a decision soon.

Thanks for the comments. Unfortunately we do have to book somewhere before the end of the year so we can keep our options open. I'm interested in any other comments about Gold Coast schools. Can you tell me more about Trinity? Also our kids are Primary School age.
