The new estates in West Kowloon. I don't know the name but they are close to the Kowloon station or the Olympic Station. All new estates with good clubhouse. There are quite a few pre-school in KLN Tong. I don't have details though. Otherwise estates in Tai Wai would be good. KCRC link to TST and KLN Tong. You only have to change once.

We live in Midlevels - both hubby and I enjoy the style of living. It's a pretty quick trip to Jordan on the MTR and we have our kids school locally, one in Primary school and the other in Kinder.

We love it here! Good luck and enjoy Hong Kong!

I think I may have answered another posting - sorry for repetition

Redhill Peninsula ticks all your boxes but may be too far to travel. My husband works in TST and doesn't mind the commute - compromise for space and fresh air.

There is childrens playgrounds/indoor playroom and really nice outdoor pool for kids. 3 kindergartens within walking distance - Montessori, Tutor time and Sunshine House. each has different attributes. The preschools have a large outdoor play area on the roof of the building. There is a small Wellcome supermarket and bakery within a short walk, and a big Park N Shop at Stanley 5 minutes away (there is a free shuttle bus to PnS). Also at Stanley is the market, lots of other shops and nice restaurants.

Redhill peninsula has a shuttle to Stanley, Central and the nearest MTR station.

There are lots of young families here - tons of preschool and primary school kids.

Happy to talk on the phone if you want - send me a PM

Jordan, eh? I would definately check out Hong Lok Yuen, it would fit your bill. You could also consider an apartment in Shatin or Ma On Shan, which

whilst lacking grass, would have good facilities clubhouse, playrooms, swimming pool) and

be close to supermarkets and shops.

Hi!

We are at the Gold Coast. Direct shuttle to TST. 35 minutes. Plus 5 minute on the train to Jordon. Or Red Mini bus direct to Jordon. PLenty of space for our bub and playground too. There's also club house organised playgroups that are free. And, the ones that are private. Sears Rogers International is the closest school. There are also the International schools that pick up from the GC.

Good Luck!

We live in Hung Hom. There are several schools here, pre-school, Jusco, ParkNshop, (both deliver), lots of private road areas which equate to a very safe environment. This private area is called whampoa and it adequate for most things you will need. A cab to Jordan will cost between 30 - 50HKD, 15 - 20mins. Otherwise bus is available (I think). The Wampoa area is very quiet and totally different from the hussle & bussle of HK. Nice walking path along HR.
