Hi, I'm desperately seeking any sort of hot air balloon advertising vendor/ floating blimp. It's for a marriage proposal surprise. Please help!

that's the thing..i don't want a helicopter. for reasons too long to go into, a hot air balloon has special significance. Help!

It took special permission for the first-ever airship (small) to fly in HK's skies back in 2001. Because of the very tight restrictions on flying, the only ones now are balloons for "tethered" flights.
