Can anyone recommend an interior designer at a reasonable rate / good references for a 1600sq ft residential apt? I have already checked previous threads for interior designer.

Natasha is great and takes real personal care in her projects. She may not be the cheapest but there will be no hidden costs like many designers add on to the construction.
