I need to print ~60 .pdf pages in color; is there anywhere that provides this service at reasonable price?

There are loads of small print shops in Hong Kong. No chains like Kinkos.

Try Queen's Road Central in Sheung Wan (near the McDonald's). Look for the shop with the Mac mouse on the window. There are other shops around that area too.
