There is a shop near Wanchai market where you can buy fresh shredded coconut and other Southeast Asian foodstuff, but I don't remember what its name is and where exactly it is located at. Can anyone help me out?

Gabb, do you mean Shing Fat Coconut Company at 18 Spring Garden Lane? They've got everything you need for Malaysian, Indonesian and Thai food -- spices, condiments, vegetables... and coconuts in every form. Reever, if you're looking for the sweetened, moist shredded coconut sold in the U.S. for baking, I saw some in Gateway supermarket the other day (on Des Voeux Road, can't remember the number, but around 180 or perhaps 280 I believe)
