Anyone know any park n shop who sells Australian beef/ U.S beef sirloin beef in HK island, preferable in central, sheung wan? i know in stanley it has. thanks.

PnS meat is always previously frozen (even what's suppose to be 'fresh'), therefore when you cook it loads of water comes out of it. Try frying a steak from PnS and when the water hits the fat, its sparks out everywhere - so annoying!
