How do ladies out there unwind after work, on weekends?
What do you think are the best ways to unwind mentally?
I seemed to be stressed all the time, even after a good sleep , i still feel my forhead muscles tensed....
Any tips
Cheers

Hi bloomingsunflower,
First things first - if you can - leave work at work. Sometimes it becomes to separate your home and work life, so just leave everything work at work.
If your forhead muscles are tense, try just lying in front of the TV for 15 minutes at night watching a "no-brainer" show with a hot washer over your forhead. The heat is not only soothing for the head, but will also help you doze off to sleep.
Also, if you have a few things on your mind that are stressing you out from your day at work, then write them down on a piece of paper before you go to bed. Even simply doing this gets them out and you are less likely to think or dream about them throughout the night.
Hope this helps.

thanks for the replies...
yes, writing could be a good idea. I keep unknowingly stressing myself out with things that i have to do in future. I dont even realise sometimes that am tensed.
i already am into yoga, but my mind is not still, so essential for yoga exercises..
sure sex could be the panacea..

favorite stress relievers: massages (ask your masseuse to focus on your scalp), mindless TV, reading, orgasms (self-induced and/or outsourced ;-) ), keeping a journal, pilates

Hi Ladies,
I love your work re. sex and orgasms being a great stress reliever - I couldn't agree more!!!! Hehe.
That's just what we all need at the end of a long day.... :-)

Agree with all of the above and lavendar everything. Discovered Elizabeth Ardens Good Nights sleep face cream and it has made such a difference. On the weekend I needed to buy new soap and body moisturiser and saw lavendar stress relief options for both and will try them out.
