Need help with the ink cartridge of our printer.
Haven't used it other than a few pages of (B&W)photocopying a few months ago, and now it says the cartridge is empty and needs to be replaced?!
Can't find info in the manual nor in the help button..

do an internet search on "Epson cartridge reset chip". It seems to me that Epson, along with HP (and probably others) have a chip that "turns off" the cartridges after a certain amount of use/time. I read up on it a long time ago and if I recall correctly, it shouldn't be that difficult to reset it - if that is the problem. Good luck!
