Had exactly the same happening 2 years back. I finally told them I was going to report them to the police and they totally stopped calling, I guess they moved to their next target. However for answering your question, yet, you can change your number and request to be unlisted but if your helper is giving your number to her friends/acquaintances, it wont help to change number. Stand your ground, and switch off your phone during the night, they will tire of it. Good luck.
