I am wondering what I can do since our isp has over charged me 10 months of value added products when on my original contract i did not request them.
Its our own fault not checking our credit cards for the debit amount. however netvigator says the give one months free VAP, then they charge, and its up to us to a) notice it on our bill and then b) cancel the VAP even though we didnt tick the box for VAP in our contract.
Once i realised we have been charged this for the past 10 months, they said they can only refund 2 months and its our own fault we didnt check the bill, despite the fact that we did not request this service. ie it seems like they can chuck in any other payment and its our problem that we didnt check that they were overcharging us!!
is there anything that can be done to retrieve our money?
