I would suggest her to try the new Fudge salon in Causeway Bay. Its targeted to the young street fashion concious individual so i think she will like it there. The hair cut prices range from something like $200, $280 and $500 for the art director. The number there is 28811664. The managers name is Irene and I am sure she can help you out.
