My friend is going to be in HK for 3-4 days and wants to have a suit made. Is there a reasonable place on the Kowloon side to have it done? And it needs to be under $2000.
Any advice would really be appreciated!

I take all my visitors to Punjab House, G/F Golden Crown Court, 66 Nathan Road, TST. I've had several suits of my own made there over the last 5 years or so. Have never been disappointed. Like City Slicker says above you get what you pay for. If you want real quality material you are going to be paying more - but still far less than in some other places.

I went to Tailor Made fashions and got a decent enough one for $950 (jacket, trousers, shirt + 2 ties). Lost their card, but if you go to Jordan MTR exit D, come out of the exit and turn right. Don't go to the 1st guys, but keep walking down Nathan Road. He's usually out there partway down the block. If you want more expensive suits with finer materials I' sure they can oblige, but for me I was new in HK and looking for jobs, so wanted a good-looking suit without spending over $1000. I'm definitely happy with what I got.
