If you go to the second block of Fa Yuen away from the Esso or Mobile Garage you'll find shoe shops there. My friend needed a pair of thigh highs for a fancy dress party and lo and behold there were at least 5 or 6 shops selling them in black, white and red.

My ex used to wear them sometimes, on a regular shopping day. Drove me insane. She did get a lot of positive comments...
My current girlfriend seems to be even more exhibitionist, so who knows.
I'd like to check the quality in Mong Kok because I think I've seen the Wanchai ones, and the style is very cheap vinyl, really more "in the bedroom" (or "on the stage") than the two pair my ex had (both from Fiorucci, if I recall correctly). Doesn't look like Fiorucci has any this season, unfortunately.
Are the ones in Mongkok cheap glossy vinyl too?

Ok... I can actually report that I went to Fa Yuen St. and saw the boots. Not bad, but of course, not great...
Seems only 2 shops had them, really. Not a real great selection, and not the patent vinyl type I expected. We're not tlaking quality leather here, either, though...
Unforthantely, my GF was wearing the type of jeans that prohibited her from trying any on... next time, I guess...
