Do any of the buildings in Central provide public seating? The Landmark recently removed their tables and chairs on the 3rd floor. Was a great place to sit out and eat lunch.

P4 Sky Garden, IFC II

Cheung Kong park (I think it has some benches). There are also a few chairs inside the CKC (the fast food outlet entrance)

Citibank tower, basement - has some cold stone benches

There's a few chairs and tables on the 1st floor of the Princes Building, but they're pretty popular.
