Hi, we got a Rogers DVDR player and recently our remote control stopped working (ie it doesn't send the commands to the player anymore) which has caused quite a bit of problems for us as the only buttons on the player are Stop, Play, Source & Eject (there isn't a pause and we have problems selecting DVD selections or adjusting audio language etc).
Question is do I have to call the customer service which from the address is in NT (and not even sure if warranty covers the R control) or is there somewhere I can buy replacements or something like universal controls from places like in Sham SHui Po or Wanchai computer center that could solve my problem?
Your advice is much appreciated

I've never heard of Rogers... where's it from?
Anyway, I had a Denon hifi for which the remote went bad after it was well out of warranty. The universal remote from Sham Shui Po (Ap Liu Street) worked. Not all of the universal remotes looked like they would, so be careful to get one that lists Rogers on the list of supported devices.

Thanks for the tip. Rogers apparently is British made.
