Can anyone recommend a place which does themed birthday cakes for children in Central or nearabouts. My theme is Thomas the Tank Engine.

Try Sweet Secrets in Soho or with a branch in Causeway Bay their telephone number is 2545-8886. They made a very good Thomas the Tank Engine cake for my son - not cheap but no complaints.
