How do you live if you do not need to work, when you have no worry about money.

Kidding, no for real. What an awesome opportunity for you. It's funny how so many people dream of all the things they could do in their spare time if they actually HAD it, and here you are WITH it and don't want to spend it a brainless shopping sprees. Good for you.
I agree with the other volunteer activities. Especially if you really get involved with them, rather than simply serve as a Chairperson on a talking head committee. Let me add to the list by saying as a teacher, I always appreciated the parents who donated their random spare hours to come in to read during storytime or simply to run the photocopies for a week's worth of lessons that I never had time during my paid hours to do. To be honest, I don't know if that's an option in HK but it's worth looking into. I KNOW any teacher would appreciate the help even if only once a week (consider more than one school of different age levels to keep yourself sane).

Oh yeah, are you any good with computers or researching or scrapbooking? What about becoming your own family historian? That's a project that'll never end and can be quite inclusive. That could even expand into a consulation pratice for others.
And don't forget local community theatres and dance schools. Well, basically any non-profit entity or absolutely anything involving education or children never gets enough funding or support.

Not sure how old you are, but if you are young enough, you could be a business mentor for ambitious teenage students.
You could also learn to fly a R series Cessna 172SP high wing light plane recreationally, the HKAC runs a flight school out of Shek Kong airfield.
You could learn to sail, dissapear for 2 weeks voyages to the Phillipines every now and again being part of a crew.
It really depends on how much imagination, ambition and personal curiosity you have to want to explore life.
Not much better being on the sea or in the air, especially if you are being paid to enjoy it.

If I have not worries about money I would stay at the beach for a few weeks until I get fed up then I would dedicate myself to do some good to other people, having been already to a few old people homes and seen their smiles every time they see me arrive.

I would volunteer more at the animal centres around town. I volunteer at the Hong Kong Dog Rescue in Pok Fu Lam and would be there every day if i didn't have to work.
