i rented a room in a house living with a 40 sth single landlady when i first came to england and stayed in for 7 months.

I moved out because the woman is mad. i stayed for 7 months just because it is good location and cheap rent for a double room in a house and im just too lazy.

1. she shouted at me and another girl many times just because she was stressed at work

2.we were not allowed to eat or drink in the living room

3.we had to clean the kitchen before we could eat

4.she talks to herself

5.she reads books like "how not to be single", "secrects about men women should know" etc

6.she would shout and be completely mad if she finds out i didnt hoover my room for 2 weeks. We had to take off the shoes when entering the house.

7.not allowed to cook fish bcuz she hates fish smell

8.she went in my room many times to check if it is clean or not

9.she didnt give me a double bed for 5 months, and then she just gave her own double to me, after the other girl moved out, she swap the double bed again without even telling me

10.i gave her 1 month's notice before i moved out and she went in my room to remove a bookcase and put everything of mine on the floor

11.she shouted once " why dont you return to your own damned country" and that me and the other girl "live like pigs"

12.she has no friends

13.she has no men

14.i smashed a car into neighbour's brick pollar wall when reversing ( i know i know, im stupid) , nothing wrong with the pollar, the lights of the car were broken thou. I left my contact to them. she said i commited a crime and they will revenge by breaking her car

ok.. the problem is she kept my deposit which is 100GBP. i know it's nothing. But she has been stressing me out the whole time i stayed in there, i was hoping she would be nice but i was wrong. I know it's my choice to stay there for whole bloody 7 months feeling horrible.

i just think this woman need to be educated or needed to know she's horrible.

Any advice what i can do??

I would appreciate any help :) Thanks in advance.

p.s. i am not bored in uk any more, it is just an old login name. cheers

My advice? Move on. Probably not worth the effort trying to recover the deposit. And be a bit more selective in your choice of landladies in future!
