Try "Bioderma (Sensibio H2O) from Mannings. Can be used on eyes and face ~ non-rise at HK$198 for 250ml. Been hooked on this since day one.

It can remove heavy makeup but it might take a few times. I've seen it in Mannings on Yun Ping Road in Causeway Bay and Citysuper at Times Square. Bioderma also has a shop at Langham Place.

Does anyone know how to remove Macs liquid eyeliner? It becomes plasic coated after an evening and I find myself having to peel off the remnants the next morning (stretched eyelids NOT being a good look!) The usual eyemake up removers only take a bit off and it seems to need elbow grease for the rest!

Try the cleansing oil by Shu Uemura - I've never had a problem removing anything using this.

I work in the beauty industry and have tried soem really expensive brands HOWEVER Loreal seem to have a FABULOUS make up remover. I use the one for sensitive eyes and it gets off the many layers of mascara I use. They also do a half oil based one which is great for removing waterproof mascara. Almond oil is amazing tho, as a moisturiser too. Massage into skin at night and sleep with it on your face. Jojoba is even better as it is the closest match to our bodies natural oils.

I bought a make up remover from Spa Beaute Par Zai because it has 100% natural ingredients in it. I must say that its very good and am really happy that i bought it from them as i dont find this make up remover elsewhere. You can visit thier place in Central,74 Queen's Rd,Queen's Place.

I use Bioderma Sensibio water as well, no need to rinse off and it is very famous in France. It was highly recommended by my skin doctor!

Lancome's pretty good.

I've tried Shu Uemura too. It does remove heavy make-up but extremely oily and I don't like that "feel". Do you girls rinse off after using Shu Uemura?

I tried lots of others too but in the end I'm back using Lancome.

You do need to add water to emulsify the oil from Shu Uemura after you've rubbed off all your makeup.
