Cafe Deco was doing a paint for charity 'art jam' corner on the weekends, not sure if this is still happening or what the minimum age is though.
Basically you pay per canvas, the money goes to charity and your child can paint a picture

I did the painting thing at Cafe Deco for my kiddies birthday and it went down a storm, we privately hired it.
Someplace Else in the Sheraton is good for kiddies parties with play area, my daughter had her 1st birthday there.

hmmm... Jaspas in Sai Junk has colouring and crayons on the table and it is right next to an outdoor playground where there are always lots of kids.
Might not be what you had in mind, but it is really casual and fun for all :)

When it was my daughters painting party at Cafe D it had finished but they contacted the supplier who helped arrange it.
Try Ronald Ho at cafe D on 2849 5182, most helpful.
