I'll be going bangkok with a friend to spend new year eve holidays, any suggestion which pub/ gala dinner that's worth going ? Esp those with good music, fun crowds and cute guys of cos. thanks

Sirocco the bar at the 63th floor of The Dome at the State tower where there is also a restaurant.
