Thay have a stand at the Christmas Fair near IFC so I took a leaflet. They are in Suite 902, 9th floor, Pacific House, 20 Queens Road, Central,

Yes - it is really good for 2 main reasons. One you are finished in 25 mins and you can start your workout at any time during the day - no rushing for classes etc. Oh and good music and a certain 'freedom' as it is all females-no mirrors-

I just joined. There's a joining fee, which I can't remember and they are now giving a very good new member discount 66% off. If you join just one month at a time it's about HK $588 ( I just realized I got no paperwork!!!), and if you join for a year it's $488 (I think) So I joined for only 1 month, to see how it is first.

I heard that they're opening one in DB (Discovery Bay) and somewhere else in the Territories. I'd love for one to open in TST!!

I saw an advert yesterday and the 66% discount is only for the first 100 members off the service fee (but no mention of the fees) ... the small print says that the offer is based on first visit enrolment for a minimum of 12 months direct debit programe.

not really. I joined and got the 66% discount - I guess they don't have 100 members yet. And I didn't have to join for a whole year. I pay monthly. After all if I leave and want to rejoin I'd have to repay the service fee. I haven't signed or agreed to a 12 month direct debit programme.

I just have to make sure that I pay the next month's fee with 10 days of the new month otherwise I lose the membership. Hope this helps
